Free termite lecture Thursday at WCC

University of Hawai'i expert Julian Yates will discuss new and proven methods of preventing and controlling termites in a free lecture Thursday night at Windward Community College.Yates, who has spent much of his career studying termites and their prevention in Hawai'i, will answer questions about the pests and the damage they can do if left unchecked.
The free seminar is sponsored by the Office of Continuing and Community Education at Windward Community College.
The talk will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in Hale Akoakoa Room 101 on the Kane'ohe campus.
