Suspect in Wahiawa armed robbery arrested

Police today arrested a Hale'iwa man on suspicion of robbing a 60-year-old man at knifepoint at a Wahiawa park.The victim told police he was confronted by the suspect who demanded money and threatened him with a knife.
The suspect was located, identified and arrested for first-degree robbery on Kilani Avenue at 5:15 p.m., shortly after the robbery was reported.
