Driver without license charged with highway racing

A 21-year-old Makiki man was charged today with multiple speeding violations including highway racing on the H-1 Freeway.Jacob Kalani Leo Estevez was arrested at 9:14 a.m. at H-1 Freeway Hickam exit.
Estevez was charged with two counts of excessive speeding, one count of racing on the highway, inattentive driving and not having auto insurance.
And also, for driving without a license.
His bail totals $3,000.
