Waipahu man indicted on eight sex-assault counts

A 54-year-old Waipahu man was indicted by an O'ahu grand jury today on multiple counts of sexually assaulting a child.German N. Labayog is accused of four counts each of first-and third-degree sex assault. The offenses allegedly occurred between February 2000 and September 2002, the indictment said.
Labayog is being held in lieu of $75,000 bail. He will be arraigned today at Circuit Court.
