Special activities at Kalihi-Palama Health Center

The public is invited to an open house today at the Kalihi-Palama Health Center in Kalihi.Attendees will get a free tour of the facility, and information on services offered. The governor and mayor will attend. The event runs from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., with a reception to follow.
The health center is located at 915 N. King St.
Meanwhile, the center will hold a dental care fair tomorrow from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. There will be free popcorn and other food, activities, dental screenings and information on services.
Residents can also get free blood pressure and diabetes screenings from 8 a.m. to noon at the center's adult health center at 925 N. King St. Tours will also be provided on request.
