Island Energy Solutions Inc., a Honolulu-based electrical contracting and energy company, has been acquired by SunEdison, a large solar energy services provider based in Maryland.Keith Cronin, Island Energy president and chief executive officer, will continue as head of SunEdison's Hawaiii operation.
