WAI'ANAE
Homecoming parade Sept. 14

Wai'anae High School will hold its first homecoming parade in more than a quarter of a century, from 3 to 4 p.m. Sept. 14, going from Poka'i Bay to Wai'anae High School. That day is a Friday.

The last such parade was in 1979.

The Wai'anae High Alumni Association will host its annual dinner in the school cafeteria that same evening.

Cost for a Hawaiian food plate will be $15.

The next day, the school will host the annual Alumni Dance, this year featuring the music of A Touch of Gold.

Admission is $10.
