Men's Chorus presents Concert for Peace on Sept. 5

The Honolulu Men's Chorus will present A Concert for Peace and Remembrance on Sept. 5.The concert will feature the Requiem by world-renown composer Gabriel Fauré in a premiere performance of a version for men's voices only. Other works on the program echo the hope expressed by Fauré's masterpiece.
The Concert for Peace and Remembrance will take place at 7 p.m. in the Mission Memorial Auditorium. It is open to the public and is free. Support for the concert is provided by the Mayor's Office of Culture and the Arts. For more information, call 429-9600.
