State Boards, Commissions take action against 14

More than a dozen companies and professionals had their licenses revoked or faced fines in July from boards and commissions that operate under the state Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs.

These included:

--Peter J. Heinen. License revoked by the state Mortgage Broker and Solicitor Program.

--FS Suntours Inc. dba Suntrips. License revoked by the state Travel Agency Program.

--Boskoff Construction Inc. and Kenneth G. Boskoff. $3,000 fine imposed by Contractors License Board.

--Bob Ball, dba White Sands Realty. $1,000 fine by the state Real Estate Commission.

--Niki M. Rogerson. $1,000 fine by the state Real Estate Commission.

--Abe W.H. Lee, dba Abe Lee Realty LLC. $1,000 fine by the state Real Estate Commission.

--Darin K. Nakagawa. $1,000 fine by the state Real Estate Commission.

--Kumulani Vacations and Realty Inc., dba Kumulani Rentals and David William Cudlipp. $1,000 fine by the state Real Estate Commission.

--OK Yon Vela dba Young Massage and Ok Yon Vela. Licenses revoked by the Board of Massage Therapy.

--Robert Ricketson, M.D. License revoked by the Board of Medical Examiners

--Johnathan B. Wohler, M.D., aka John Kalikiano Kuapa'a M.D. License revoked by the Board of Medical Examiners.

--Susan Cauley, M.D. One-year license probation, $1,000 fine by the Board of Medical Examiners.

--Jane Ailene Daniel, M.D. $3,000 fine, order to comply with reporting requirements by the Board of Medical Examiners.

--Phillip Briar Blanchard, M.D. License revoked by the Board of Medical Examiners.
