Wahiawa affordable-housing project to be dedicated

Gov. Linda Lingle will head up a group of state, city and federal officials participating in the dedication of a 42-unit affordable rental project for senior citizens Monday in Wahiawa.The dedication, at 220 California Ave., is scheduled for 10:30 a.m.
Other officials scheduled to attend include Calvin Say, House speaker; Barbara Marshall, City Council chairwoman; Michael Flores, director of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; and Dan Davidson, executive director of Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corp.
