Mililani girls volleyball wins title at Kauai Challenge

Mililani High School won the onipa'a division title at the Kaua'i Challenge Girls Volleyball Invitational today.The Trojans defeated La Salle (Calif.), 25-21, 25-11, in the title game at Waimea High School.
In the championship bracket, 'Iolani defeated Roosevelt, 27-25, 25-19, in the fifth-place game of the po'okela division at Kaua'i High. Upland (Calif.) defeated Dos Pueblos (Calif.), 19-25, 25-21, 15-13, to win the division. Defending champion Murrieta Vista (Calif.) finished third.
In the olinlino division championship match, Los Osos (Calif.) defeated Notre Dame San Jose (Calif.), 25-16, 25-16, at Kapa'a.
The three-day tournament finished today with the 24 teams split into three divisions.
