State prosecutors charged a Nu'uanu man arrested Friday at Kahala Mall for allegedly using the Internet to lure a juvenile for a sexual encounter.

Agents of the Hawai'i Internet Crimes Against Children task force arrested Ronald H. Young, 38, at 9:10 a.m. Friday at Kahala Mall when he showed up for an arranged meeting with what he expected to be a juvenile.

Young was charged yesterday with first-degree electronic enticement of a child. His bail is $25,000.
