State Civil Defense chief to update Flossie prep efforts

Maj. Gen. Robert Lee, state adjutant general and head of the state Civil Defense, will speak about preparations for Hurricane Flossie at a 3 p.m. press conference today at Civil Defense headquarters inside Diamond Head crater.
