Flossie postpones Lingle's Big Island visit

Because of Hurricane Flossie, Gov. Linda Lingle has postponed a visit tomorrow to the Keck Observatory on Mauna Kea and a visit to the Natural Energy Laboratory of Hawai'i Authority in Kailua, Kona on Thursday.
