'Famous' Amos to deliver talk

Wally Amos, known for his gourmet cookies, will talk about his career as an entrepreneur and literacy spokes-man at the Kaneohe Business Group meeting at 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Aug. 22 at Pohai Nani Retirement Community.

Amos is co-founder of Uncle Wally's Muffin Co., whose products are found in 5,000 stores nationwide.

He was the first African-American agent of the William Morris Talent Agency, representing such notables as The Supremes and Marvin Gaye.
