Woman charged with Ewa Beach rampage

Prosecutors today charged an 'Ewa Beach woman for a rampage yesterday stemming from a domestic dispute with her boyfriend.

Christina Lee Stanley, 28, was charged with one count of first-degree criminal property damage with bail at $50,000.

A Hawaiian Electric Co. transformer, city fire hydrant, a neighbor's fence and gate, and two trees were allegedly damaged by Stanley, who had a 3-month-old child in her vehicle, during the 4 p.m. rampage at 91-211 'Ome'o Place, police said.

No one was injured, police said, but Child Welfare Services has took custody of the infant.

Police said Stanley returned yesterday to her 'Ome'o Place residence with the child following an argument the day before with her boyfriend, 30, and demanded the man come out of the house.

When the man did not come out, she allegedly drove her vehicle at a tree and damaged both a transformer box and the house, police said.

The man came out and reached into the vehicle to try and remove the child but Stanley allegedly reversed the vehicle into a second tree, then a fire hydrant, and a neighbor's fence and gate with her boyfriend hanging on, police said.

HECO, the Board of Water Supply, a community residential association, the neighbor whose fence was damaged, and the boyfriend are complainants in the case.
