This year's Sunset on the Plains takes place from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. tomorrow and Saturday at Kapolei Regional Park.

The celebration, this year nicknamed the Kapolei Summer Sunset Festival, will feature live entertainment, craft booths, a marketplace, restaurant booths, a Keiki Village with games and storytelling, an inflatable and rides, educational exhibits, and a large-screen movie both nights.

Friday night's movie is "Flushed Away" and Saturday's is "Night at the Museum."

The event is sponsored by the American Youth Soccer Organization's Leeward Region 269, with help and support from the city.
