Big Island DUI arrests up 4% so far in 2007

Police on the Big Island have arrested 781 motorists for drunk driving in 2007, 28 more than over the same time span in 2006, a 4 percent increase.Police arrested 15 motorists for DUI last week, seven who were involved in accidents.
