Brawl reported in front of Hawaii Medical Center West

Emergency responders have been sent to the area fronting Hawaii Medical Center West where a brawl is said to be taking place and one or more people have been injured.Emergency crews, including firefighters and paramedics, were sent to the area about 4:05 a.m.
Waipahu paramedics have reported being "pepper-sprayed" during the fray. A second team of paramedics, from 'Aiea, is being sent to the scene.
