Preps: Waipahu, Hawaii Prep win St. Joseph Classic

The Hawai'i Preparatory Academy and Waipahu High School girls volleyball teams claimed divisional titles at the St. Joseph Invitational Classic that finished yesterday at Afook-Chinen Civic Auditorium in Hilo.

In the gold division final, Hawai'i Prep defeated Kealakehe 25-17, 25-17. Waipahu topped St. Joseph, 25-22, 25-16, in the silver division final.
