Trade winds across the state will be diminishing slowly through the middle of the week, the National Weather Service said. Light rain over windward slopes and a few showers leeward will occur this afternoon and gradually increase tonight.Today: Partly sunny with isolated showers. Highs 79 to 88. East winds 10 to 20 mph.
