Hawaii Kai power out for an hour

About 2,600 customers in Hawai'i Kai had no power for about an hour today, according to Hawaiian Electric Co.The outage occurred around 2 p.m., said HECO spokesman Darren Pai. Electricity was back on at 3:08 p.m.
The outage affected homes between Kuapa and Haha'ione in Hawai'i Kai.
HECO is investigating the cause.
