PJ Franklin is played by Jordana Spiro. Being a girl who’s one of the guys can be challenging on “My Boys,” at 7 p.m. on TBS.

TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE:

"My Boys," 7 p.m., TBS. We all know PJ is a solid, sturdy type. A Chicago sports writer, she's used to guy talk. But now her college boyfriend (Jeremy Sisto) calls. PJ is just this side of giggling. That's at the core of a far-ranging and fun episode. We see unemployed Mike work (badly) at Kenny's store. And there are aftershocks from last week when we learned that Stephanie is broke and Bobby lives in his family's luxury apartment.

"Yo Gabba Gabba" debut, 7:30 a.m., Nickelodeon. Here's a show for people who want something less cranial than "Teletubbies." Oddly costumed characters bounce around and sing. Elijah Wood shows up to "do my dancey dance." And Mark Mothersbaugh, of Devo, does some drawing. Mothersbaugh has done brilliant songwriting for other kids' shows, but didn't write these — as you'll soon detect. One song basically says "try it, you'll like it" eight times; another says "snack" 44 straight times. Try it and you'll like it — if you're lucky enough to be 1 or younger.

OF NOTE

"The Closer," 6 p.m., TNT. The killing of a Chinese-American businesswoman becomes a top-priority case, because she often worked with visiting dignitaries. While Brenda's working on that, Fritz must entertain her parents.

"TV's Funniest Moments," 7 p.m., Fox. Here's a rerun of the special that offered comedy clips, from "I Love Lucy" to "In Living Color."

"Saving Grace," 7 p.m., TNT. Here's the episode that was scheduled for last week, then delayed. A tribute is planned for Grace's father, who is considered a hero for rescuing people after the Oklahoma City bombing. Now Grace's fun-loving aunt (Frances Fisher) arrives. Meanwhile, Grace is working an odd case involving a stolen bull statue.

"The New Adventures of Old Christine," 7:30 p.m., CBS. In a fairly good rerun, Christine and her ex-husband have been spending some time together. Now their son thinks they'll be getting back together.

"Kyle XY," 8 p.m., ABC Family. Kyle has seen a photo in which he's stored in the lab with Jessi. Clearly, they share a history he doesn't know; at the school dance, he tries to learn more. Also there, Lori learns the identity of her attacker.

"Two and a Half Men," 8 p.m., CBS. It's almost time for the wedding of Alan's ex-wife, in this rerun. The guys work on preparing Jake; meanwhile, Charlie is still dating the groom's sister.
