Accident slows Kailua-bound traffic at Pali Tunnel

Police tonight closed two Kailua-bound lanes at the Pali Tunnel due to a collision involving at least four mopeds.The lanes were closed at about 10:40 p.m.
Emergency Medical Services personnel were at scene but no critical injuries were reported by police.
