Firefighters declare Waialua wildfire extinguished

The Honolulu Fire Department today declared the wildfire in Waialua that burned over 7,000 acres extinguished at 4 p.m.The fire started at 1:41 p.m. on Aug. 12. No property was destroyed or injuries reported.
