Police searching for missing Hilo man

Police on the Big Island are seeking help in locating a 29-year-old Hilo man who has been missing since Aug. 16.

Adam Paglinawan, 29, of King Avenue in Hilo is also known as Sid Paglinawan.

Paglinawan is described as Filipino, about 5 foot 6, approximately 210 pounds with brown eyes and a dark complexion. He usually sports a shaved head and a goatee. He is reported to be operating a gold 1988 Honda Civic two-door sedan with license plate HJP 044.

He was last seen at the Wailoa boat ramp in Hilo shortly before 7 p.m. Thursday.

Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call the police at 808-935-3311.
