The certificate program called "Business Fundamentals for Real Estate Brokers" is being produced in partnership with the Honolulu Board of Realtors and will introduce participants to business management ideas including financial management, marketing, human resource management and negotiations.

The program consists of four 4-hour seminar-workshop sessions, and costs $700. Enrollment is limited to 20 students who must be licensed Realtors and active members of the Honolulu Board of Realtors. A 50 percent discount, paid for by the trade association, is being offered to the first class.
