Small swells dominate forecast

Surf along east- and south-facing shores will be 2 to 4 feet today, the best around the islands according to the latest National Weather Service surf forecast.A moderate swell is expected to begin building Tuesday, but no other significant swells are expected.
Elsewhere today, surf will be three feet or less along north-facing shores and 1 to 3 feet along west-facing shores.
