The grand opening for the Ke Ola O Poka'i Bay subdivision across from Leihoku Elementary School is 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.

Music and refreshments will be provided.

The 125-home subdivision features three models of three- and four-bedroom single-family homes with up to 1,756 square feet of living area. Prices start in the low $400,000s.

It was built by Mark Development for an estimated $60 million.
