Advertiser Staff

Gov. Linda Lingle released $79,000 yesterday for the installation of a septic tank system at the Kona Health Center on the Big Island.

The money will be used by Kona Health Center to connect the facility's sewer line to a septic tank system that complies with the Environmental Protection Agency's regulations.

Installation is scheduled to begin in December and be completed in April 2008.
