Kaneohe's Wilson finishes PGA's The Barclays with 74

Kane'ohe's Dean Wilson shot a 3-over-par 74 today and finished tied for 60th at The Barclays, the first tournament of the PGA Tour playoffs at Westchester Country Club in Harrison, N.Y.Steve Stricker shot a 69 to win the tournament at 16-under 268, two strokes ahead of K.J.. Choi (70). Wilson finished at 284.
Wilson is ranked No. 77 in the FedEx Cup points standings and qualifies for the field (top 120) in the next tournament in the playoffs, the Deutsche Bank Championship, which begins Aug. 31 at Norton, Mass.
