Hawaiian Airlines has selected an India-based company for the outsourcing of some of its information technology, business solutions and infrastructure services.

Mumbai, India-based Tata Consultancy Services said it will provide application maintenance and support services related to Hawaiian's accounting systems.

"We're confident that TCS' comprehensive set of IT, business process and outsourcing services will provide tremendous operational efficiencies and peak performance to allow us to focus on what we do best -- provide excellent customer service," said David J. Osborne, executive vice president and chief information officer, Hawaiian Airlines in a news release.

Tata Consultancy Services is part of the Tata Group, India's largest industrial conglomerate.
