North Korea's flooding postpones Inter-Korean summit

The two-day Second Inter-Korean Summit, which was scheduled to begin tomorrow in Pyongyang, North Korea, has been postponed due to this month's flooding in North Korea.The summit is now scheduled for Oct. 2-4, according to a news release issued by the Honolulu office of the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea.
