Leaking hydrant slowing traffic in Kahaluu

The Kahuku-bound lane of Kamehameha Highway between Waihe'e and Wailehua roads in Kahalu'u near the Hygienic Store was closed to traffic at about 5:30 p.m. today to allow Board of Water Supply crews to locate and repair a leaking hydrant lateral.
