Hawaii musicians play on 'The Tonight Show' tonight

Advertiser Staff

Three musicians with Hawai'i ties will be appearing on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno tonight as part of Colbie Caillat's band.

The Tonight Show airs locally on KHNL at 10:30 p.m.

Justin Young, formerly of Kailua and now living in Los Angeles, will be playing the guitar, as will 1997 Punahou graduate and guitarist Tim Fagan. Honolulu resident Mike White will be playing bass.

Tomorrow night, they'll be performing in Cleveland with the Goo Goo Dolls, along with Caillat, who is touring the Goo Goo Dolls.

Young, also a solo artist, is scheduled to perform with C & K and Kalapana on Oct. 20 at the Long Beach Performing Arts Center in Long Beach, Calif.
