Hawaii claims three spots on top 10 vacation list

Hawai'i is home to three of of the top 10 domestic vacation destinations in the Carlson Wagonlit Travel Associates Fall Travel Trends Survey.Honolulu was third on the list behind Orlando and No. 1 Las Vegas. Kahului on Maui was fourth and Lihue on Kaua'i was eighth.
The survey, conducted from July 24 through Aug. 17, included information from 390 Carlson Wagonlit Travel Associate agents, owners and managers.
