Honolulu's fast-changing skyline can make it hard to recall how the landscape looked just a few years ago. "Waikiki: A History of Forgetting and Remembering," a free lecture with photographer Gaye Chan, addresses the dynamics. The artist, who is a 1998 Hawai'i State Foundation for Culture and the Arts award recipient, will discuss the history of Waikiki as represented in archival photographs, noon to 1 p.m. today as part of the ArtLunch Lecture Series, at the Hawai'i State Art Museum, 250 S. Hotel St., first floor. Free. 586-0304.
