Elliot Enoki, first assistant U.S. attorney for the district of Honolulu, said U.S. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales’ resignation is “not likely” to have any effect on the day-to-day operations of the office here because Ed Kubo remains the U.S. attorney for this area.
