Meeting slated on new condo

Advertiser Staff

State Rep. Gene Ward, R-17th (Hawai'i Kai, Kalama Valley), City Councilman Charles Djou and state Sen. Sam Slom, R-8th (Kahala, Hawai'i Kai) will hold an informational meeting about the Hale Alii unilateral agreement between the developer and the city at 7 p.m. tomorrow at the Kuapa Isle Clubhouse, 156 'Opihikao Place.

Details of the agreement will be discussed on the project, a 297-unit condominium with underground parking on the corner of Hawai'i Kai Drive near Keahole Street.

The developer is seeking a change in zoning to allow him to build up to 90 feet, or 10 stories, on the 3.8-acre site.
