28 arrested for DUI on Big Island in one week

Big Island police arrested 28 motorists for drunk driving from Aug. 21 to Aug. 27, seven who were involved in traffic accidents and three under the age of 21.So far this year there have been 851 DUI arrests compared with 816 during the same period last year, an increase of 4 percent.
