Kailua firm wins $17.7M Navy training contract

Complex Solutions Inc. in Kailua was recently awarded a $17.7 million contract for technical and educational support services to the Naval Postgraduate School's Civil Military Relations education and training program.The contract includes a base year, and four one-year option periods, which if exercised, bring the total estimated value of the contract to $92.6 million. Work will be performed in Kailua (6 percent); Monterey, Calif. (8 percent); Army active Reserve and guard posts in the United States (24 percent); and various locations outside of the continental United States (62 percent). Work is expected to be completed by August 2008.
