Shares of Young Laundry owner trade on OTC board

U.S. Dry Cleaning Corp., the Palm Springs, Calif.-based company that owns Honolulu's Young Laundry, said its stock began trading on the over-the-counter bulletin board. The shares were listed under the ticker UDRY.The company sold shares to the public last month, raising $6.1 million for its plans to create a national chain by consolidating independent dry cleaners.
U.S. Dry Cleaning was unchanged in today's trading at $2.50 each as 19,333 shares changed hands.
