More light trade winds, scattered showers on tap

Don't expect any big changes in the weather as the workweek ends and the weekend begins.

Light to moderate trade winds will continue with clouds and showers favoring typical Windward and mauka areas, especially during nights and mornings, according to the National Weather Service.

Here's a more detailed look at the next several days:

  • Today — Mostly sunny with isolated light showers. Highs 80 to 90. East winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain: 20 percent.

  • Tonight — Partly cloudy with isolated showers. Lows 67 to 77. Northeast winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain: 20 percent.

  • Saturday — Mostly sunny with isolated showers. Highs 81 to 90. East winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain: 20 percent.

  • Saturday night — Partly cloudy with isolated showers. Lows 67 to 77. Northeast winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 20 percent.

  • Sunday — Sunny with isolated showers. Highs 80 to 89. East winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain: 20 percent.

  • Sunday night — Partly cloudy with isolated showers. Lows 67 to 76. Northeast winds around 10 mph. Chance of rain: 20 percent.
