Kauai board, commission members to be sworn in today

Lt. Gov. James "Duke" Aiona will preside over the swearing in of Kauai residents who were recently appointed to serve on various state boards and commissions, as well as members of the overnor's newly established Kauai Community Advisory Council.The ceremony is scheduled for 10 a.m. at Puuhonua Kaulike, Kauai Judiciary Complex, Lihue.
