More than 1,200 people are expected to attend the "Twilight in Tuscany" themed event.

"Every year, more and more people attend Chopsticks & Wine," said Wayne Ishihara, Chopsticks & Wine co-chair, in a statement. "We're very certain that everyone will be delighted with what we have in store for them this year."

Twelve chefs and restaurants will be preparing delicious samplings including Chef George Mavrothalassitis (Chef Mavro) of Cassis by Chef Mavro; Chef William Okimoto of Gyotaku Japanese Restaurant; Chef Masami Shimoyama of Hakone; Chef Eldon Ricardo of Holokai Grill; Chef Alan Takasaki of Le Bistro; Chef Larkspur Sanchez of P.F. The Kitchen at Times Beretania will also be participating.

In addition, Awamori Spirits, Better Brands, Koyo USA Corp., Paradise Beverages, Southern Wine & Spirits of Hawaii, and World Wine Trading will provide a variety of beverage selections.

Tickets start at $90 per person.
