Toddler hurt in Waialua domestic dispute, police say

A 33-year-old man who was embroiled in domestic dispute in his Waialua-area home picked up his 2-year-old daughter over his head and dropped her on the floor Thursday afternoon, police said.The toddler had run to the man during the argument. She was treated and released at a hospital for a 1-inch cut on her chin. The man was charged with assault, police said.
