McLachlin tied for 12th at PGA Q-School

Hawai'i's Parker McLachlin shot a 5-under 67 to move into a tie for 12th place after the fourth of six rounds in the PGA Tour National Qualifying Tournament at Winter Garden, Fla., today.

McLachlin, a Punahou graduate, is 12-under 276 through four rounds and was tied for 33rd after the third. The top 25 finishers and ties will earn 2008 PGA Tour cards, while the next number of players nearest 50 will get full Nationwide Tour exemptions. The remaining players in the 166-man field will receive conditional Nationwide Tour status.

Frank Lickliter II shot a 72 and continues to lead at 264.

Kamehameha alum Keoke Cotner shot a 73 and is tied for 130th at 288.
