Oahu median home price flat at $610K in November

The trend of stable prices and falling sales volumes for existing homes on O'ahu continued in November.The median sales price was $610,000 in November, unchanged from the same month a year ago, while the the number of homes sold fell to 245, a 16 percent decline from 293 in November 2006, according to data released by the Honolulu Board of Realtors today.
The November resales price fell from $655,000 in October.
The median sale price for condominiums rose to $315,000 in November from $310,000 in the same month a year earlier. The November condo price was down from $322,500 in October.
The number of condos sold fell to 379 in November, a 10 percent decline from 421 in November 2006.
