Traffic on Kamehameha Highway to be contra-flowed

Traffic contra-flow is scheduled over the new Kokololio Bridge on Kamehameha Highway from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. today for construction work on the makai-side bridge railing.One lane will be closed and traffic will be directed through the remaining one.
