Oahu motorcyclist, pedestrian fatalities identified

The Honolulu Medical Examiner's office today released the identities of a motorcycle operator and pedestrian killed in recent traffic accidents on O'ahu.The motorcyclist who died Sunday in a 9:36 p.m. crash on Wikao Street in Wahiawa was identified as Andrew Michael Caruso, 27, of Mililani.
The Army confirmed that Caruso was stationed at Schofield.
Also, a man killed Nov. 21 when he fell into the path of a city bus on North King Street near 'A'ala Park was identified as James R. Slusher, 50, of Honolulu.
The manner of both deaths was accidental, according to ME.
